help your child release energy and tension, develop strength and confidence, and become calmer and more peaceful. Our program draws from the basic tenants of yoga, and employs a thematic approach though role-play, story-telling, yoga games, yoga postures, relaxation methods, visualization and more. Classes
TYKES : Age 4-7 Drawing inspiration from both Yoga Kids and the Radiant Child Yoga Program, Youth Yoga classes combine yoga with music, art, imitating nature, moving like animals, storytelling, games, meditation and breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Class Time: 60 min *Registration required. Offered Monday, Wednesday and at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

YOGA FOR TWEENS: This class is suitable for that special in between age from 10-13 no matter what their skill level. We will introduce poses to increase flexibility and strength, develop coordination and posture and learn how to relax. Class time: (60 minutes).
Drop In Rate: $13.00 or six-week class at $90.00 per student.*Registration required – Must have a minimum of 5 students to hold class.Class will be scheduled in Late Fall.
TEENS - YOGA: For the adolescent yogi we offer a teen's class (age 13-18) focusing on a playful, yet disciplined practice of asana, pranayama and relaxation. Teenagers are faced with many challenges. Self-acceptance, family changes, peer-pressure, body image. Class time 1 hour (60 minutes)*Registration required – Must have a minimum of 5 students to hold class. Class will be scheduled in Late Fall.
STORY TIME YOGA: Ages 3 to 7
An innovative approach to Yoga. Using animal poses combined with story telling, music, games, etc. Story Time Yoga captures the imagination of the child while children learn songs, breathing techniques, which produce calmness, flexibility and strength. Children will develop confidence, self-worth, self-reliance, health and joy. Story Time Yoga is offered on Saturdays from 11;00 AM to 12:00 PM. Registration is required for this class.
